Residual for Lying Signs and Wonders Mandela Effect in the Bible
Sometimes I just can’t help but take things literally. Like when it says in the Bible that the antichrist will be coming with “lying signs” and wonders. I mean, like it used to say in the Bible, before it was supernaturally changed to “signs and lying wonders”. Now there is not one Bible translation that uses the phrase “lying signs and wonders”.
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and lying signs and wonders,
It is so ironic that as Christians are looking for great miracles to be wrought, like fire coming down from heaven, when in actuality the signs around them have been changed. Oh yeah, and literally no one has noticed. For example:
Chic-Fil-A changed to Chick-Fil-A
Caldwell Banker changed to Coldwell Banker
Advanced Auto Parts changed to Advance Auto Parts
and there are more that I can't recall at the moment.
How can it be that I so distinctly remember that Coldwell Banker used to be Caldwell Banker, and I'm not even a realtor? I just happened to be using realtors back in 2005-2009 when I was buying and selling a house and was very familiar with the company, and looked at a lot of properties that Caldwell Banker had. Where are all the people that worked for them, and why aren't they making a big deal that the name was different? I guess, like when I told a friend about the Mandela Effect, they said that if it really was a thing -it would be on the front page news.
And how can it be that the Bible has so many changes in it, and most Christians don't see it? They don't see the lying signs and wonders happening right in front of their eyes.
Some people read that verse and say that the lying signs and wonders will be made by the antichrist, which will appear after the working of Satan, but I see it as Satan creating these lying signs right now. It could actually be that they are happening now as well as will be happening during the reign of the antichrist, if we actually get a person. There are some who think that we will not even get a person, that the antichrist is reigning now by the general spirit of antichrist in the world.
It wasn't that long ago that preachers were shouting about how the antichrist would come with "all power and lying signs and wonders" so much that my ears were bleeding. Now, if I ask preachers about that text, they don't remember it saying that.
Yet, I can tune in to many preachers on Youtube that still use the phrase "lying signs and wonders". I have left numerous comments on how the Bible does not say that anymore, and I NEVER GET A RESPONSE. I have even written personal emails to the preacher, to no avail. They just don't want to hear it, they don't want to address it, and I don't know what is going on in their heads. Case in point: I just listened to the followin preacher say that phrase at the 14 minute mark in the video below:

The followinig excellent video by John Smith on the bible changes in Ephesians starts out with residual for "lying signs and wonders" from a text in the 1800s. He also covers the "you-ward" and "us-ward" strange words in Ephesians that I never ever read in the Bible before these changes in 2016. There is even a "God-ward" phrase that was never there before.

RSV and ESV use the same word order but doesn’t use “lying”. So a conflation between these versions and KJV (or NKJV) would be a good alternate explanation of how this came about.
TSBC Response: I’m sorry but I cannot accept any excuse for why the verse is no longer the same in the KJV. The discussion for the most of us that see the changes is WHY it is happening and the purpose for it. We’re well beyond thinking about just variations between bible versions.
