Goodbye 2024...2025, Here We Come!

Happy New Year! Let’s do a brief review of 2024’s craziest bible changes among other memories this past year.

Well, we made it through another year and 2024 did not disappoint in terms of sensational events real or manufactured.  While many of us likely didn’t follow the news to track these events, we probably were able to keep up with the memes that made light of them.  How many times did you see, for example, the one about trying "to see what chapter of Revelations we're doing today?”

Remember this meme on your feed(s) everyday?

Characteristic of years prior, we seem to still be experiencing unprecedented times, changes, and events all at the same time while everything continues to hum along without much of a hitch.  As per usual, said events almost always seem to have a parallel with some the strangest words in the bible many consider supernaturally changed.

2024 (once again) seemed like we were in another chapter of Revelations every week!

Early in the year in March we had the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore collapse after being struct by a cargo ship.  Like so many events It was all so strange how it played out where the ship appeared to take an evasive maneuver to purposefully hit the bridge. Along with that event, some have noticed the use of the word “ship” oddly out place in the KJV 1611. Look at this verse from 1 Kings for example.

And king Solomon made a navy of ships in Ezion-geber, which is beside Eloth, on the shore of the Red sea, in the land of Edom.
1 Kings 9:26 KJV

More recently in September, the “Puff” Diddy or Sean Combs controversy broke about the numerous allegations of sexual abuse committed at his hands.  While his ridiculous nick name has annoyed countless critics for decades, it was not overlooked that the word “puff” also now appears in the KJV in more strange contexts beyond its more familiar usage as seen in Psalms 10:5 for example.

Artist rendering of "Puff" Diddy (Sean Combs) being arraigned in court.
His ways are always grievous; thy judgments are far above out of his sight: as for all his enemies, he puffeth at them.
Psalms 10:5 KJV

Over the year, however; the lion share of changes noted seem to revolve around Donald Trump.  For instance, a lesser-known report came out in February that Trump was reported to regularly sport a “girdle”.  Of course some of us in the community couldn’t help recalling the infamous bible change about the “golden girdle”.  Yep for you noobs, the KJV bible now describes Jesus wearing a “golden girdle” in Revelation 1:13.

And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
Revelation 1:13 KJV
Take note of how bizarre and effeminate the KJV now depicts Jesus wearing a "golden girdle"!

The bible now blasphemes against the Most High, and the "4 walled church" is the primary mouthpiece for what it says!

Then in April, the story broke that Trump’s “bond” was in jeopardy as it was required by the NY attorney general in one of his court cases.  In Galatians 3:28, some of us remember “slave nor free” but now it says “bond nor free”.  Is there another strange parallel here as well? What do you remember this verse said?

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 3:28 KJV

Later in July, perhaps the biggest story of the year involved the assassination attempt of Trump on the 13th.  Of all places it happened in “Butler”, Pennsylvania.  Did you know that “butler” is now found in the KJV?  Yes, here it is in Genesis 40:21. Many of us had wondered why it was inserted into the bible, but I think we now know. As a bonus, notice the "tongue sticking out" emoticon- d: When these pop up in the KJV it is almost always a confirmation that the bible verse is mocking the reader and supernaturally changed.

And he restored the chief butler unto his butlership again; and he gave the cup into Pharaoh's hand:
Genesis 40:21 KJV
The absurdity of these changes has no limits.

Finally, we had the second biggest story of the year involving Trump winning the November 5th election.  Many, including myself noticed that “trumpet” has changed to “trump” in the KJV bible years ago as found in 1 Corinthians 15:52.  Well, now we have the “last Trump” administration about to play out for the next four years. Does everything change or end at this last "trump"? Or has it already all changed? Is this the final stretch of years that we have on this earth before Jesus returns, or is it just an odd nonsensical bible change?

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:52 KJV
Does the end come with Donald Trump's last administration?

This is just of a small sampling of bible changes that were noted on the Bible Changes and Prophecy community group on the Discord platform.  We discuss these on a regular basis among other topics, but it should also be noted many discussions were had on the state of the world, prophecy, and how Jesus is working in each of our lives.  We all have different topics and concerns to bring to the table, and even some disagreements.  However, the biggest story of the year for me is how we have been able to remain in fellowship with people in the community even after all these years.

Quite a number of new members joined in 2024 and have been wonderful additions to the community (shout out to @Emeraldboar, @Conan, @86PeanutButter, @berean, @heavendrewdown, @andrea and others!)  The steadfast contributors, are the glue that holds it all together (shout out to @emaracin, @civilstrategist, @jenseekstruth, @starsareangels, and many others!).  Still others have left the group, and we welcome them to return if they are able to sort out their disagreements or whatever it was that led to conflicts causing them to leave.  Some good friends have even passed on to be with Jesus, and we do bid fare well to “Ice Mint” who was once part of the community and passed away about a month ago…RIP, Ice Mint.  However, a good handful of us have been slogging through these supernatural changes now for over 7 years (shout out to all you old timers @dracmas, @anvil, @terrilynn, @youcandance, @chrissy, @carol, @jackfrost, @harbinger, @price and others!)

It is hard to believe, but we have made it this far together.  The question remains how much longer can we go before Jesus returns?  We appreciate the world He has given us and respect the purpose He has put in our hearts, but we still can’t wait for eternity in His presence.  One thing is for sure, though that we will still be here until then carrying His testimony in our hearts and sharing about it with each other and with whoever will have the ears to hear and the eyes to see.  Thanks to all of you for sharing you lives with us, and may God bless you, your families, and loved ones.  Happy New Year!

Dedicated to IceMint.
Rest in Peace, friend.
