Genesis 16:13

And she called the name of the LORD that spake unto her, Thou God seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me?

Notes:

This is the memory I have recorded on pdf:
“And she called on the name of the Lord that spoke unto her, The God who seeth me: for she said, Have I also looked here after him that seeth me?”
LORD is in all caps which should be Lord. spake was not in the KJV Bible. It was spoke. I also do not believe that seest was used here but instead used seeth**. The wording of this verse is very odd.
